The MCAV 01
conditioning unit contains 8 identical measuring
channels.
Every channel consists of a charge amplifier, followed by
a remote-controlled gain
differential output amplifier and a remote controlled
low-pass filter.
The large charge amplifier setting range allows the use
of most
piezoelectric accelerometers.
The differential output is designed for connection to a
data acquisition
system by simple twisted pairs or flat cable up to a
distance of approximately 30 meters.

PIEZOELECTRIC ACCELEROMETER
PAC/20/M
The accelerometer type PAC/20/M is
a waterproof piezoelectric pick-up.
The pick-up is designed around a low mass armature on
which is fixed a
ceramic cantilever the stress of which provides the
charge generation.
A 5 meters long low noise cable connects the
accelerometer to the charge amplifier.
